Business Overview
Sign Specialists Limited is one of the largest sign manufacturers in the UK. The family-owned business was established over 70 years ago and is now based in Redditch; housing office and manufacturing space under one roof.

Job Purpose/Background:

We are looking for a friendly, experienced, and hard-working administrator to join the Automotive Sales Team.

This role is being introduced to provide dedicated administrative support.

Key responsibilities:

  • Using in-house CRM management system
  • Creating enquiries
  • Issuing orders and relevant paperwork required for production
  • Preparing files for invoicing
  • General filing / archiving
  • General office duties
  • Incoming call handling

Knowledge / Experience

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Worked in a busy office environment, but not essential
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate – with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems in a timely manner
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines effectively and prioritise workload
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail when inputting data
  • Able to work in a team and alone using own initiative
  • Good organisational skills

Salary: Dependant on experience
